The only reason I'm not giving this a 10 is because of your choice of audio. I think some good sound effects, such as some clean whirring noises for when the robots move and stuff comes out of them and some rumbles when they step and such would have proven much more effective than the far-east-style music you selected. I say this because the minimalist use of sound (i.e. the little noises I described above, rather than an overlaying music track) would have added to the whole "epicness" of the piece.

Other than that, it's pretty obvious you put a very large amount of effort into creating this. The extensive amount of modeling on the background pieces seems to have gone unnoticed by a lot of reviewers here, which is a shame.

Sorry I couldn't have reviewed this close to 8 months ago when you had first submitted it, I'm sure its reception was a pretty big discouragement.

In the future, I would pick something a little less good to remix/cover. The original is better and you've mastered it the same way Paragon did, but his was way more driven and exciting. The violin solo was pretty cool though... Needs a better transition, methinks.

For example, my shit is terrible, try remixing that and making it way better. Choosing to cover shitty songs or songs of a different genre than what you're used to would be a bigger challenge and probably more interesting to do.

Only thing that I can say that might improve this is some shit to fill up the off-beats (i.e. something a bit more than the hat)... Might give it a more full sound, or might take away from the driving synth/bass melody. 10/10, 5/5, favorited. GG.

When you're recording, make sure you have it set to record mono (1 channel) instead of stereo (2 channels). This way, your voice won't only be coming in on just the left or right channel when you export to stereo sound.
