Jesus Christ.

There isn't a single cut in this entire vid. It's all transitioned, and beautifully so.

Well done. Amazing work.

Yeah, you win.

I've been waiting for you to make a vid for your "Hell Yes" track. I was beginning to think you weren't gonna make one! Convenient timing for Robot Day, no?

Also, I totally dig the contrast between the music and the machine theme, along with the contrast within the music itself with crushed, techy drum and the eastern strings.

Good job, man. 5/5, 10/10. Wholly satisfied.

You sir, are the coolest.

Brewster responds:

No sir, you are.

Haha, wow.

This is the funniest game I've ever played.

I love the art style, the old school game music, and of course, the RAAWWWWRRRRRRRRS.

Nice job, make a second one.

Too big...

The flash itself is wayyy too big, man. I'm playing on a 1400X900 resolution here, and it barely fits on the screen!

Also, there's no sound and no instructions on how to play it. Given, it's a pretty simple game, but you could've included a short screen on how to play. Sheesh.

Very solid.

Very solid game, guys. This is definitely one of the better GuitarHero/RockBand flash games out there.

However-- Instead of using such gigantic icons for the notes on the fretboard, try using smaller ones. They overlap quite a bit on Hard/Geek mode, and it's kind of hard to estimate when to hit the button.

Other than that, good job! Maybe for your next game, you could have one person control 2 or more parts of the music (i.e. drums and guitar, or drums, guitar, and bass).

5/5

haha wow

I shit my pants at :29. Great track, man.

1:37... Huge.

Pissed my pants a bit at 1:37 ;)

Good work. Boost the bass that's underlying the drops, and it'll be even bigger.

mr-jazzman responds:

Yep, already got the memo, thanks! =)

voodoo people ftw

Enjoyed the transition to dubstep! Feels like this has trance, dnb, and dubstep all in one!

mr-jazzman responds:

Well, that's the general idea lol. Glad you liked it man!

Hmm.

For freehanding, it's not too bad. However, for rigid structures built on rigid frameworks (i.e. this house and the hundreds of smaller boxes within it), you probably should have used a straight-edge, if not a ruler.

It's good and very intricate, however you may want to work on line-weight and your use of blending. Take your time and your work will come out better.

DrSevenSeizeMD responds:

Oh yeah, I totally understood why she gave me a B..... I could never be an architect. I have no patience! lol

Love it.

I love the 30s-era feel and contrast in this piece. Shades of gray with very extreme shades of red and orange. I also love how everything is interconnected. The nun is part of the mountain, the soldiers carrying the flags on the left mesh into the barbed wire, and the negative space below the bridge doubles as a body of water. It's really incredible just how many little things one can find in this.

Great job, and I love the parchment texture in it.

Cool, but...

"But...don't expect that Tom will change his logo...cuz I love the Tank too much <3"

I don't think anyone's expecting him to change the logo, especially not to this.

On a more helpful note, you should have done something more with the negative space, as this logo redesign has a lot of it. Seems very empty and has that early 2000s feel to it, do you know what I mean?

I think this would work better as a base rather than a finished design.

JakBaronKing responds:

Of course he won't change it. I was being sarcastic.

It was after all...just a homework assignment.

I like you, you're cute. :-)
